How To Order

When you begin planning your party, and you have decided to use our service, please give us a call so that we may enter your information in our computer database. This will allow us to defer the order until the date and time you specify. If you decide not to use our service, please place a cancellation one day before your order is to be processed.

Use the following guidelines when placing orders:

Orders for 60 people or less can usually be produced within 45 minutes or less, but we prefer one day advance notice.
Orders for 60 or more, but less than 200, definitely need a one day advance notice.
Orders for 200 people or more, at least 2 days' notice.
For parties with over 300 people, notice must be given at least one week in advance.

Please note that if you delay in placing your order until the day it is needed, we may not be able to accommodate your request because of our obligation to other commitments.
